Anthony Colpo writes some great, evidence-based articles on his blog. His most recent, as of today, is a relatively quick piece about the supposed metabolic advantage of low carb diets, the real benefit to low carb diets, and a quick quib about what it really takes to lose a substantial amount of fat.
My favorite few words:
“In other words, find a dietary and exercise regimen that allows you to maintain the required calorie deficit and stick with it so you can reach your desired weight.”
If I haven’t written that exact sentence over the past 2 year (someone read through all my posts and let me know), I should have. There is some fat loss gold right there.
