If you should be sleeping right now in order to get 8 hours of sleep, then stop reading this now and go to bed, seriously, it’s not worth it. Otherwise, continue on and hopefully realize sleep is sooooo important for your overall mental and physical health as well as an important aspect of maintaining a healthy weight.
